Krista was born in Bountiful, Utah and raised in Boise, Idaho. After traveling the world with her marine corps husband, they decided to settle in Moroni, Utah. Krista and Levi are currently building a barn-dominium on their small farm. She has worked in the medical field for 23 years and has been a volunteer for 6 years. She has served on the UAHVO Board as Regional Representative and Historian. She loves to be in the mountains or on the water. She is an avid crafter and book lover.

Gunnison Valley Hospital

Sharon lives in Centerfield, Utah and volunteers at Gunnison Valley Hospital. She has served as Secretary, Vice President and is currently serving as President. She is a widow since 2003 and has two daughters, six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. She is originally from Salt Lake City, but she and her husband moved to Mesquite, Nevada after their children were grown and married. After 20 years in Nevada, she moved back to Utah to be closer to her family. Sharon retired from Holy Cross Hospital in Salt Lake City. During her 14 years of volunteer work, Sharon has volunteered at the Mesa View Hospital, Food Bank, Thrift Store, Healthy Women’s events, and the Senior Circle Organization in Nevada. She has also served as secretary for the Red Hat Divas of Mesquite and the Ms. Senior Mesquite Pageant. Sharon has served on the UAHVO Board as Regional Representative and Secretary. She is a member of the Paiute Nation of Southern Nevada. Sharon enjoys crocheting, knitting, going to the movies, being with family and living closer to her great- grandchildren.

Shari Scott

Shari grew up in Tremonton, Utah and graduated from Bear River High School. Following High School she attended Weber State College and graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing. In 1983, she furthered her education earning a Bachelors degree in nursing and graduated from Westminster College. Working as a nurse was her lifelong dream. Her experience includes working at McKay Hospital, Logan Regional Hospital, Bear River Valley Hospital and retired after 45 years. During her career she was a charge nurse of the surgical unit at Logan Regional Hospital, Director of Nursing, Assistant Administrator of Patient Care, CNO, and Director of Volunteer Services at Bear River Valley Hospital and Care Center. During her career she served on the March of Dimes Board, Hospice of Northern Utah Board as Chairman, Ogden Weber Technology Board, Member of the Student Nurse selection Committee at Utah State/Weber State University’s Registered Nurse Associate Degree Program, Bridgerland Technology Board, and Club Officer for the Tremonton Women Civic League. Currently serving on the Bear River Valley Hospital Foundation Board, member of the Jubilee of Trees Committee, and Community Benefits Committee. Shari her husband Mark live in Tremonton and are the parents of 5 children, 17 grandchildren, and 3 great grand children. She enjoys spending time with family, hosting Holiday parties, watching grandchildren play in various sporting events and dancing competitions. Going on family vacations and Disney Cruises. Most of all spending time with her husband in Saint George, golfing, going for rides in the ranger, and exploring Southern Utah.

Breanne Harris

Beaver Valley Hospital

Breanne was born and raised in southern California. She moved to Utah to attend Brigham Young University where she received her B.S. Degree in Recreation Management. She met her husband while attending college. They have lived in Beaver for over 20 years. Brad and Breanne have six children with their first grandbaby expected shortly.

Breanne has served in various volunteer capacities including Boy Scouts of America, PTA President and board member, Utah Head Start Association board member and many varied positions within The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She began as a volunteer at Beaver Valley Hospital in 2005, which eventually led her to her current position as Director of Volunteer Services with the hospital. She also works in the billing office handling commercial insurance claims. Breanne loves to read, cook and mostly spend time with her family.

St. George Regional Hospital

Amanda was born in Mississippi. Joined the USAF following High School. I am married with 4 adult children and 11 grandchildren. I enjoy volunteering at the St. George Regional Hospital and was asked to serve as the UAHVO Historian for 2018-2020. It has been a pleasure to work with the other UAHVO Board Members.

Beaver Valley Hospital

Sherry and her husband, Bruce, have lived in Beaver almost 40 years. They recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They have 3 children, 8 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.  The Bishop family spent many years boating at Lake Powell and Lake Mead, then they added scuba diving to the list of fun things to do!

Bruce and Sherry served two years in the Washington Tacoma Mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on a recreational property.  They are members of the ATV Club in Beaver, volunteering at the local Jamboree for the last few years.

Sherry has volunteered at Beaver Valley Hospital for the past year and has loved every minute of it!
